Prime Signatures Question - Ink issue

I'm late to the party but I have a question on the Prime Sigs

I'm looking at a Gilbert Perreault #/25 and the ink looked like it ran a bit on this card

however it appears that most of the Perreault's are like this. Are other signatures like this or is it just the Perreaults?

Almost every Prime autograph card is either faded, bubbled or some combination of both across all sets including the RC's. They screwed the pooch on the card stock.

Yeah this was a problem with a lot of Prime this year, wrong pen for the material of the cards.

Yep, everything is like this. You occasionally hit one that is right, but not very often

Yeah, my Johnny Bucyk auto /99 has bubbling & the version /25 is almost perfect.
