Major Panini fail
Was scrolling through ebay looking for some cheap prime pick-ups and came across a straight up major fail (IMO).
Take a look at this Nameplate card, notice the small amount of space the actual letter and jersey take up and then the rest of the space is just blank cardboard behind it. Seriously for a $200 product they couldn't even fill the swatch window???

They at least could have done like ITG and if they know the smaller letters (like the "I" above) won't fill the card make the border around the letter larger so the Nameplate piece fits in nicely and you aren't stuck with a swatch window thats half empty.

Look how nicely ITG was able to crop the card nicely in the center and build the border around it, you don't have a half empty car staring at you. Does Panini even think things through before making cards because this is just terrible, I mean it looks absolutely awful. And its not the only one out there I have seen others as well.
I didn't think Panini would half-ask one of their high end products and give the customer Game Used cards with half of the window just empty.
Don't get me wrong I love Prime and Panini but seeing cards like this is just a shame no matter what company produced it.
*These are not my cards I just found the pictures to use as an example, it these belong to you and you do not want them being shown LMK and I'll take them down*Last edited by MattDMC; 09-17-2012 at 04:02 AM.

In my opinion this is a little error compared to that the whole series is full of smudged autographs, it's a major error.

Guess I'm the only one who sees a problem with this.
How'd you all like it if every manufacturer started leaving out half the game used pieces on every card? Next years Cup ARP's come with half a swatch?

With the way UD treats customers, they'll probably start making stickers appear on redemptions for the Cup ARP.

Probably everyone sees that there's a problem, but hey, it's a only card what I have seen so far. It happen's when produced thousands of cards. Then is a major problem if it continues..

Is that enough to consider it a problem yet?
These lettermark cards aren't a new concept in the hobby so why is it that Panini finds a way to screw them up?
