here is the end result,ive been trying to help him out...ive suggested going to the post office for getting a claim ...he respoded with "i dont have time for that" he wanted a full refund from me...he was very nasty and rude....so he will not be getting any help from me,as it is not appreciated.

How did he pay?
If it was via PayPal, you are really up a creek because he can lodge a complaint against you and most likely, your PayPal account will be frozen, and he will get his money back...
If I were you, I'd empty your Paypal account... If you have a PayPal card (It's the Business Premier Debit card), just take the money out... Otherwise, beware.

he cant get his money back via paypal,i sent the cards in a proper form of packaging and i have delivery confirmation...he has nothing on me what so ever
