I'm confused, this card is supposed to be numbered to 25, the numbering is supposed to be right in the middle above the name on the red accent.

I'm looking at a tiny pic on my phone, but the first thing I think is "skinny toploader - sheetcut proof" I could be wrong, the pic is soooo tiny

Someone likely got burned here with a blank back cut from a redeemed proof sheet. You can also see it´s been slightly miscut on the bottom I think - if you have access to the zoomed in pictures.

eBay nonpayer...no final value fees returned?
So after repeated excuses and "I'll get it to you Monday's" another wonderful eBay member failed to send payment for an item bought from me. I opened an unpaid item case and gave him up until the second to pay for it. The case expired today, but for some reason I don't get my final value fees back? Did I have to close it myself before it expired in order to receive the final value fees? It doesn't make much sense to me, why would ebay keep my money if the buyer never paid...I must be missing something so if there is any more experienced eBay sellers out there please offer a word of advice.
thanks!

Scroll back to original charge a few pages earlier. Sometimes the credit appears right there. It may not always be processed as a new credit on the current reporting page that you see today.
If you still don't see it, call a rep and have them show you what page it's on.

Thanks for the post, but it flat out tells me on the listing "This unpaid item case expired on Mar 29, 2014. You will not receive a final value fee credit."
It's not that I can't find it, it's that eBay doesn't plan on giving it back lol...
Let me know if you have any further explanation? Thanks again!

You waited more than the allotted time. You should not let it go past that date. You will not get your fees refunded unless you threaten to close your account. I threaten to close my account all the time, and most often always get my way.
Right now in my file I am battling a Buyer that has 41 feedbacks and I have done over 10,000 transactions. I told them after sending the auction out twice, that if I am left a negative then I pull the plug.
I told them that they have to decide between a 14 year eBayer that has purchased over 4,000 items and sold another 5,000 or somebody that has 41 feedbacks.
Do not let up with them, they are used to sellers just giving up.Last edited by centrehice; 03-29-2014 at 07:36 PM.
