Send the card back and if the seller won't go good for the return shipping, then issue a neg. I don't care if eBay's rules state that the seller is only responsible for one shipping.
The seller is responsible for everything when shipping and selling damaged goods. Two smushed corners is damaged goods.

Well, as expected, tamster1984 has now switched the claim to item not as described one month after receiving the card. I did everything I'm supposed to do as a seller, I just hope someone at paypal uses their brain on this one. The reason for item not described "I still haven't received the cards" even though Canada Post has his signature indicating otherwise.

I have a number of things currently listed, all as BIN/BO. I signed into ebay and was pleasantly surprised to see that I had 6 messages, which I assumed were all offers. Instead it was one guy who, over the course of half an hour, made 3 offers and 3 retractions on the same item. Why?????
And I would have sold it to him too.....

Ebay Complain Thread
Simple discussion. List the things about ebay you do not like:
Fees to list an item even when it does not sell.
Mandatory paypal fees when selling an item on ebay.
doesn't show what cards sell for on best offer auctions unless you go to watchcount.com
$50 monthly fees to have a 'store'
buyers are allowed to take advantage of sellers and usually always win.
continue.......

$50 a month for a store? Where do you see this? If you wish to have 500 free listings a month and sign-up for 1 year at a time it costs $50. 500 is too much for some people.
If you wish to view how much a card sold for OBO then scroll down and on the right hand side you will see Print / Report Buyer. Click on Print and you will see what it sells for.
There are tons of reasons why one can complain about selling on eBay. There are also tons of reasons why people do sell on eBay. It's harder selling smaller stuff here than it is there.Master List: Hidden Content

This belongs up in the sticky already designed for this purpose. Hopefully a Mod can move it.

If you don't like it, don't use it... simple as that...

To answer these three quickly.....
For the fees, how do you think companies make money? If neither company charged fees, they would make none. And if it weren't for those companies, your cards would sell for peanuts as there wouldn't be a global market available to you,
As for best offers, just click on the "Print" button on the auction page and it will bring up a page that shows what the card sold for.
