Guys, let me know if I'm messing this up and if there is perhaps a specific spot on the board for outing bad, hostile, inappropriate or otherwise insane behavior in our hobby.

Background: I've been an ebay seller since '96 with near flawless feedback and PowerSeller status.

These days I tend to list item "Buy it Now" or best offer. I had a guy offer me 12 bucks for a Kuznetsov SP rookie card which I accepted, as I'm a fairly easygoing guy (good price, right?). I billed the guy and a several days went by with no response, which is frustrating as a "Buy It Now" generally implies quick transactions. As is customary, I filed an unpaid item case when I was able to, and a couple of days later this guy paid.

He also sent a note at the same time as payment: "Expect negative feedback."

Well, [name redacted] I'm here to make sure everyone knows the type of person you are. I've reported him to ebay and now the complex battle begins for me. It's a waste of time and stress but I know one thing, I NEVER let people get away with garbage behavior like this.

No surprise as auction sites like FreEBAY tend to be the hang out for many of the most unsavoury characters in the hobby.

You can report that to eBay and they will block him from being able to use negative feedback or they will reverse the negative feedback when it is left. You can also cancel the transaction, as to say you ran out of stock and they will not be able to leave feedback. Then block the user.

I have almost 30 blocked eBay users now and lately that number has climbed quite a bit from crap like this.

eBay: where the buyer can take 10 days to pay but if a seller takes more than 10 minutes to ship, only one can get negative feedback.

Brutal situation. Hope that you can get yourself squared away.

No response to invoices or messages and card was purchased 8/23/15. Checked their feedback and looks like I'm not the only one now.

Anybody have any experience shipping to Hong Kong , shipped card July 8th and today got a lovely email from paypal claiming to have not received the card .

I know 2 months seems long , but a lot of us know Russia can be 6 weeks or more
