So I have 3 people let me know their cards are missing and thus got refuneded

First off a Thomas Vanek 12-13 SP Game Used Gold Auto was shipped to Austria on Jan 24, 2013. Its not numbered so no picture.

Second these two cards both 12-13 SP Game Used Kings cards were shipped together to Torrance California on Jan 24, 2013 and has not arrived. The Kings tripple patch is 02/15 and has a very distinct Drew Doughty patch.

Finally from 2012 UD All time Greatest Mike Tyson Copper Base 30/65 was shipped to Mentor OH on Mar 17, 2013 and has not arrived yet either.

If you see these cards they are missing and please let me know.

I was just checking UDA to see what Tiger signed tournament-used memorabilia, http://store.upperdeck.com/store/Sig...___69057?Args= was selling for. Then I went onto eBay to see what was listed. I came across one listing, http://www.ebay.com/itm/360615176492...84.m1423.l2649 and it had the same UDA Authentication Sticker BAM02381 as the one listed on the UDA website. I messaged the seller and asked him what the deal was. He responded that they must just keep the same photo up at UDA when they have an autographed tournament-used glove to sell. Then I ran across another seller with the identical UDA Authentication Sticker BAM02381 http://www.ebay.com/itm/200912023111...84.m1423.l2649. I asked him how there are two listings with the same UDA Authentication Sticker on eBay. He wrote back "Looks like they stole my picture". What gives, are one or both of these jokers shysters?

Very interesting.... they both have high feedback too... The first one looks like he took a photo himself... the second looks like they took it off the UD site.

Yes, at first I thought that the first one cropped the other but after looking some the first one has vertical lines below the glove on each side and the second one does not. The glove on the UD site does not have those lines so it looks like you said that the second one took if off the UD site.

heh, thats to bad.
honestly tho, i feel sorry for people who try and make profits off of cards. Not that i dont condone it, cause they have the right to make all the money they want on their cards, its just.....hockey cards...how much money can you possibly make?? im very glad i enjoy this hobby mostly on a trading basis. if anything i buy, very rarely sell, but always love to trade.

maybe he can get some sales. i checked his other items and he didnt have much.

So what would you guys do when someone offered you a price on a card on ebay and then decided NOT to be pay. Giving me every excuse in the book.

Just so worked out that we live in the same city.....

Fair enough he "tried" to make amends after but has yet to follow up on his last message. Now I just checked the buy and sell section and suddenly he has 3x the amount to spend on his pc wants?

I will not say his SCF name here or ebay but you can PM me if you want to know... and......am I justified to put him on blast now or what?

This stuff just boggles my mind ....
