I've actually been collecting all Carmen Electra cards. So far I have two GU, an AUTO, and about 3 different RC's with most of the parallels.

She just happens to be a fav of mine.

this stuff sucks. it replaces what could have been a nice pull of a real basketball rookie with garbage.

My buddy wouldn't exactly call the Travolta Auto FOTG he sold on Ebay for $250.00 "garbage".

Fans of the game is an insert set. Those cards are from the regular set and count as rookies in the odds when you could be getting real basketball cards. If those were signed unserts I wouldn't considered them garbage. Also fans of the game has something to do with sports. This junk does not.

They'll try anything that might sell. I personally have no interest in the celebs Topps has, but if others do, I can always trade them for stuff that has more interest for me.

I guess I am biased, because the whole "hollywood" thing to me is a joke. I can think of a million celebs that need to be drug out in the street and shot. I find it laughable that America showers these people with attention...and now its coming into sportscards...man...I thought I would have been safe here.

    Just my .02c.

And I could think of a million players that need to be shot as well. Fact is, sports and Hollywood are pretty much in bed together now.

I tend to like a little variety in the collection hobby. So what if a celeb takes the place of a rookie that was drafted in the 325th round.
