    1. create a file 2.5X3.5 2. create a new layer. 3. grey and black as color 4. go to filter at top. 5. render clouds. 6. right next to folder icon on the right side, click the half circle. 7. select hue/saturation. 8. make sure above the cloud layer. 9 check the box the polarize box. you should be able to change the color of the clouds. 10. new layer above. 11 black as foreground. 12 gradient tool, in the next to paint bucket. 13. do a fade from bottom on up, were you want the black to stop. 14. add image above the hue layer and under the black layer. 15. add text as the top layer. if you need any more help, just ask.

    I normally use matte, than I spray clear coat gloss on some images. This is we're I can handle the cards. If you use gloss is harder to handle, you be leaving finger print on them

    There are some really good cloud brushes out, I'd check brusheezy and see what you find.
