Same. I would have guessed around 10% in all honesty. That said, I would have been guessing on "rape" (which is not really open to interpretation) and not "rape or attempted rape" which, as Hice pointed out, is very open to interpretation. So I would have been refering to something else, as I think he was as well.

The only way I can figure is to take the amount of reported attempted rape and come up with an estimate of the actual number. Even then, it's still an estimate.
