so I am still unsure about the fact a price has to be set, I know on tv it seems that way.

That means that asking for sex in exchange for money is illegal, pimping is illegal, but it says nothing of the actual act of sex to money.

Basically, it's the same. Doing it is legal, talking about it is not.

not really, if she tries to hurt herself or kill herself, she will face consequences. If she sells her body for sex, it is illegal.

I personally believe that consenting adults should be able to do whatever the hell they want with their OWN bodies. Wheather it be prostitution, drug use, self mutliation, etc that is entirely up to them. However once a child is involved their wants must become secondary to the needs of the child.
