I understand perfectly the process for changing laws, even in your country. The ACA passed the House, the Senate and was signed by Obama years ago. What part of that do you not understand? BTW, the President does not "change" laws. The House and Senate do. The President has two choices, sign the law presented to him or veto it. Why am I schooling you on YOUR legislative process?

I may disagree with Wickabee on many things (most of them being related to god) but from all the time I've been here, I get the impression he knows more about America, the Constitution, and general American topics than your average U.S born citizen.
Hell, all the Canadians on this board are very knowledgeable about America, and it doesn't surprise me, Canada's education is currently better than that of America's.

Uh........... So delaying the Employeer Mandate isn't changing the law? Adding Subsides Exemptions for all of congress isn't changing the law?
King Obama made that happen. Not Congress.

If you support the current situation of big government, you support the corporate influence that goes hand in hand with it. You can claim you don't, but as the government has grown, corporate influence has grown right along with it. The only true way to end it, is to put the power back with states and individuals where it belongs.

Can you please point me to the law that was passed to delay the Employer Mandate in the ACA? You can't because it does not exist. The President decided to just change the law all on his own.

That's a ridiculous statement. As for your solution, do the corporations not exist in the 50 different states? Just how would putting the power back with the states avoid politicians being "influenced" by corporations? You lost me on this one. I'm quite certain lobbyist for corporations attach themselves to politicians at every level. Re-allocate the "power" and the corporations will follow.

The President is NOT ALLOWED to CHANGE laws. I believe it is in your Constitution. Not having read the ACA bill from cover to cover, I can't say for sure, but I assume there are provisions in the law itself that allow flexibility on its implementation.
If that interpretation is wrong, I apologize. But I do not think I am.

Yay we agree on something!
And your wrong. There is no flexibility to give people and companies exemptions to the law.
