Anybody have any intel on who we can expect to get from the 13/14 Canuck redemption rookie? Bo Horvat maybe? Thoughts?

It's got to be a player that made his debut during the 2013-14 season. We won't know anything for sure until the list is released later this season.

This is most likely true, but I don't think necessarily (did UD say somewhere that they will only use guys who make their debuts in 13-14 as the redemptions?? Totally possible I missed that - and if so, ignore the rest),

It's going to be a player that is RC eligible this year, plays a game for the Canucks, and isn't one of the in-pack RCs in Artifacts. So any hold overs from last season.... I would expect.... are eligible too.

Now, they put Jordan Schroeder & Nicklas Jensen into the set already, so they're not going to be it

I think this means that Steve Pinizzotto & Frank Corrado are still possible though.

Ryan Stanton, as sluggo said, is probably the best bet at this point. He played one game for the blackhawks last year.... Prizim has a RC of him already that shows him pumping the cup, but he's already played 7 games for the Canucks. They could easily add him as a Canuck RC this year if they wanted to.

You are 100% right though, on the bolded part. Until April (my bet) this is all just guess work.

he does have a rookie (rainbow) available in Prizm. I'm not sure that this would make it impossible for him to have a redemption for artifacts but for now I hope it's someone else..

    13/14 Artifacts Olier Redemption?

With the double rc class, Yakapov?, seems redundant to me though , Nurse was sent down, anyone know who it would be?

    Thanks!

Let's try to keep these into a single discussion topic rather than have 30+ threads out there with everybody asking about which player will be fulfilling which team's redemption.

We won't know for a while, but it's fun to speculate! :)

Yakupov is live in Artifacts, so it will most certainly not be him. Same with Justin Schultz, so don't expect anything there.

Last year's redemptions (which will now be 'XRC's - Yak & Schultz will be included).

Arcobello is a carry over from last year, but since he's not in the set already - I assume he's doable.

Other than that, you've got the following players to choose from:

    Will Acton
    Anton Belov
    Luke Gadzic

    (And who knows, maybe more?)

If UD wants to do someone from the 13-14 season, I would assume they'd go Belov - since he's the only one of the three that looks like he might be an NHLer by this time next year.
