No, I reported you as someone who does NOT believe in using PayPal gift for the payment of goods. In other words, you are one of the honest ones. I have a business where i use PayPal daily. I am sick and tired of my fees going up because some people want to bend and break the rules. PayPal is a service, a very good service. If you are willing to use that service, you must be willing to pay for it. That is why I said "love this". Because I feel the same as you.

Yup, I have found that it is fraud. I have also found it has raised the fees I pay for accepting PayPal in my regular business.
