Giggy Shuts-out The Pens

The fact that François Allaire is now goalie coach in Colorado probably goes a long way in explaining why the Avs goalies are playing so well. Hardly surprising that Roy hired him considering how they've worked together in the past. As for Giggy himself, well he had to back-up his tough talk from last season about how guys didn't care enough and were talking about their post season trips to vegas instead of the games.

That's it right there. There's not a hint of that yet this season. I don't think it's wins changing the attitude, I think it's the attitude change turning into wins.

I've always been a huge Giguere fan, and at one point had a really nice PC of his. Glad to see he's still performing well in the league.
