How???
How do you tell the difference between a regurla 00-01 topps chrome and
Refractor..
i have a card numbered out of /1999.. is that a refractor ??

topps chrome looks just like a shiny embossed 'chrome' card, a refractor is usually a chrome holorgraphic card that changes color.

more than likely the serial numbered card is gonna be a refractor. On the back in small lettering it should say "refractor" some where. if not turn the card at an angle and you should see many colors refracting.

Actually In That Years Topps Chrome Set Cards # 151-200 Were Serial #/1999 Refractors Are #/d to #/199 So Your Card Is the Base Set Rc Hopefully This Helps Thanks
