Yesterday, I went to the Chicago Blackhawks Day at the Arlington Racetrack in Arlington Heights, IL, where they brought in two legends of the Blackhawks, Stan Mikita and Tony Esposito. I was able to get 4 cards signed by Mr. Mikita, and 3 cards signed by Mr. Esposito, for free, at the event.

Yesterday, I went into Chicago for an appearance at the Tilted Kilt on Wabash of 2 former members of the Chicago White Sox, both winners of the 2005 World Series, Aaron Rowand and Joe Crede. I was able to get 5 cards signed by Roward, and 5 cards signed by Crede, for free.

Yesterday I went to the Kane County Cougars (Single A, Chicago Cubs affiliate) game against the Quad City River Bandits on Albert Almora Bobblehead Night.
I got 1 auto on a card from pitcher Jonathan Martinez, 1 auto on a card from pitcher Jasvir Rakkar, 1 auto on a card from pitcher Michael Wagner, 2 autos on cards from last nights starting pitcher Jen-Ho Tseng, 2 autos on cards from outfielder Shawon Dunston Jr., 3 autos on cards from catcher Cael Brockmeyer, 1 auto on a card from infielder Jeimer Candelario, 3 autos on cards from infielder Daniel Lockhart, and 1 auto on a ticket stub from 1st baseman Jacob Rogers.

Today I went to an appearance by Chicago White Sox shortstop Alexei Ramirez, at a car dealership in Frankfort, IL. I was able to get 4 cards signed by Alexei Ramirez, for free.

Today I got autographs from current Chicago Blackhawks center Patrick Sharp, at a free Coke Zero appearance at a food store in Chicago, IL. The event was poorly publicized, and so very few people were there. I ended up with 7 cards signed for free, and 1 promotional 8x10 signed.

Today I got autographs from Milwaukee Brewers catcher Martin Maldonado at an appearance at a grocery store in Brown Deer, WI. Mr. Maldonado signed 2 cards and 2 8x10's for free.

Today I got autographs from Chicago Bears starting cornerback Tim Jennings at an appearance at a car dealership in Schaumburg, IL. I was able to get 4 cards signed, 2 8x10's, and 1 promotional 8x10 given out at the dealership, for free.
