Feedback Server Problems - Can A Mod Please PM Me?

Flyers12 and myself just completed a sale.

We both clicked on completed transactions in our respective trade managers.

We received a feedback prompt that said the trade was concluded and that we were unable to leave feedback.


What gives?

Nobody has sent me a PM.

Is there some Mod that is in charge of straightening this out?

Hey Tim, what can I do to help? Is it just a matter of reversing the trade to "confirmed" status?

We both completed the trade, however the link for us to click to post feedback once clicked said "You can no longer leave feedback for this trade"

Neither of us had left a thing, it somehow generated an incorrect prompt.

That's weird. It's saying you can't because of that rule 7.02, but that seems to be the only trade you've made with him recently, so it shouldn't be doing that. Let me try to reverse the trade a step and see if anything is fixed when you guys finalize it a second time... ok, try and do things as you normally would again and see what happens this time. That is an odd glitch.


Never mind, that isn't going to fix it. Hmmm.... well, that seems to be a technical glitch.


I'm going to now have to start going through the proper channels and have the right people look into this. I can't help anymore than I have unfortunately. Out of my jurisdiction now.

I figured it was a tech thing. Somehow it just decided to complete the trade on it's own.

There was no new Inbox message which lead me to believe that there was not a new link. It's there and it works - Thanks ! I have send Flyers12 a PM telling him that everything is working, so that you don't have to.
