Travelled down to the city for a Chicago Blackhawks practice which is free and open to the public. Afterwards, I got Jonathan Toews, Johnny Oduya, and Marcus Kruger as they drove out the practice center. Toews signed me a 2010 Stanley Cup Champions edition of Sports Illustrated, but it was a silver sharpie on a pretty white colored page, so it didn't turn out the greatest. Oduya and Kruger came out in the same car, and stopped and signed for everyone. I got an 8x10 photo of Oduya and a 2013-14 Score card of Kruger. The players had a plane to catch, so not as many players signed as usual (so I was told). Still a great day whenever you get Toews. I'm now 3/3 on my attempts to get Toews in person - he's turned into a pretty reliable signer for such a high-profile player, which is awesome.
