Update - I have broken the boxes, now working on going through my big spreadsheet of requests to see who the lucky recipients are. I'll save the actual reveal for when I've worked it all out, but as a sneak preview my breakdown was:

Apologies for the delay, was hoping to get scans up but need to reinstall some drivers and got tied up with other stuff tonight, so I'll try to get scans done tomorrow... we'll go text-only tonight.
