Tell me about it Sneek... If I see prices continuing to fall on Ebay, I might just pick up a box... I believe 2 box lots have been going for ONLY $180...
Considering the amount they started at, it might be worth the risk... But even the "high end" cards aren't selling from that set so it's a crap shoot...
On the other hand though, I got my Allens and Ginter A-Rod Hawaii Conference card... Thing is amazing... I love the small size... Going to be a fun set to collect...
Just out of curiousity, does PSA or BGS grade these smaller cards? I ask because this ARod is pristine, and even though it's a "promo" I'd like to get it graded.

Yes, PSA does grade most sizes of cards. And Im pretty sure BGS does as well. Are you getting any quantity of the A&G? I am still gonna do a half case break and keep a box for myself. And the price of A&G has gone down $75 from the lowest avail. price I could find. I might wait just one more week to secure to se if it drops any more.
LMK if you want to get a box of the A&G from me. I think I can offer a fair price!

Right now I'm finding boxes going for between $85 and $100....
If you fall somewhere in between, I might be game for a few...
On the other hand, just checked Blowoutcards and they have lowered their case price $25. It's now $950 for a 12bx case, so about 79 per box... I might even go that route.... But, I am leaving for a mini-vacation in about an hour, so hopefully when I get back prices will be easier to come up with.

I just bought 2 packs today. I got 2 auto cards. Francisco Liriano and Anthony Lerew. The base cards have too much gold foil on the front. You can't even make out the players name. I think I'll stick with vintage.
