the BV on that card is 15. their not hertiage either their just "randomly" inserted into topps products

Is the Ozzie numbered & what is BV? Isn't BV of the Marichal only $15-$20?

The Ozzie is numbered to 50. I am not sure of the BV on it, but the one numbered to 150 books at 40. So at least 40. The Marichal is 15
