Honest thoughts on UD World Juniors Set 2014??
I think its an ugly version of spgu, lame jerseys, sticker autos, manufactured patches.
But people seem to be buying it up....well Canadians that is..
Am I missing something?
I don't even see one card that I would like...
Enough red and white to blind your eyes.
JMHO
What does everyone else think?

By ugly version of SPGU, you mean stereotypical UD design aspects.

On the plus side, I can possibly snag some bulk isles prospect cards for autos out of the set.

I was hoping this set would have players from past World Junior tournaments, like the Team Canada set did. I think I would have enjoyed it more if it had.

I did not know this set even had been made. No Phil Kessel PC cards for me so I guess that is why I over looked it. Where is the Team USA set? (coming from a Canadian LOL) but seriously I am getting sick of Team Canada this and that I think the last 3 years with UD. I know they got the right to make Team Canada stuff exclusively but common enough is enough already.

The amount of talent that Canada has compared to the US or in a better way the player names. Canada has the top players and they keep coming. USA would not really go over to well on the secondary market as the quality of players isn't there.
I think it looks nice and I will be picking up some Derrick Pouliot.
How much is a box I cant find any?
Is there anything at all that you like about any product?

Sorry about that, I thought the last line was for me. I realize that it probably should have been put in a separate quoteLast edited by Mnum; 09-21-2014 at 10:13 AM.
