teenagers commit suicide for many reasons and just because you can change does not mean you should.

the testimony of those who live it day to day? what in your talk shows, or the media we know it so accurate and has no agenda?
how many gave relatives and friends do you have? how many to you interact with on a daily basis? how many do you vacation with? help move? have over to play cards?
what are your observations made on? other peoples observations?

I suppose my cousin, who is 30, magically changed from dating guys to girls because of genetics? and when asked now, she only dates other females, who I just happened to help move them in together.

or would that be our best friends, who have been together for over 15 years now, both were married to the opposite sex and one even had a kid, but they are now in a committed homosexual relationship. I suppose that is genetic and not a choice. I could go on, but considering that they don't live it day to day, what would they know.

you are not born gay, your choices may scare you and may make you at odds with others, but stand by them.

No talk shows, no media, MY 21 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. That I know intimately better than ANYONE you know PERIOD.

Your 30 year old cousin would fit into the category of "born bi-sexual" who is now making a choice that she can happily make because of how she was born. How can that NOT make any sense to you. Why are you so blinded that you cannot grasp a simple concept?

So do you get it now? Some people can choose because they ARE NOT born straight or gay. Some people can't because they ARE born straight or gay.

That is bolded so you will read it.

You are right by "suggesting" without actually stating your position or expressing your belief on the subject...awesome. You are a typical liberal.

Grow up. I stated my opinion on this subject matter for years on here, not only in this thread. Argue the opinion if you dare. You know you're wrong. Jay knows he's wrong. Ignorance isn't your friend.

have you asked them when they turned gay?
was it something they have always been but denied or something that came to be later in life?

I've asked a couple close friends and both point to a traumatic time in their life. So yes, you can choose. This born stuff is getting stupid.

Isn't it convenient that both you and Jay have only talked to people that "choose" it. How many conversations have you had with people that say they have always been gay?

And again, the theory that some people are born bi-sexual doesn't contradict what you are saying or Jay is saying. Whereas, your theory contradicts every gay person's life experiences.

It's amazing you guys can profess to have been born straight (no one has admitted to choosing it yet) but think it is impossible for someone to be born gay or bi.

And you have not a single piece of evidence to dispute my theory. What here is stupid?

older male well dressed well groomed intellectual gay
blue jean wearing country listening ford driving gay

so it seems to be an individual thing and not blanket statements

ive been into those large sex shops(just lookin, just lookin) and it seems all sexual preference is individual

Your theory. Exactly. You have no evidence to your point of view .Just "theories". No need discussing this topic with you again. We've done tis before and it does nothing per the norm.

and i know poeple who were bull dyke gay and now are married with children having nothing to do with that lifestyle. I guess the cope out is they were born bi. Seriously? No, they made a conscience choice wheather it be from trauma, experimentation, acceptance, revolt, ect. You may be born with certain personality traits, but you are not born gay.. Do you think some are born serial killers?

It's not my theory. It's the theory of people who study the subject matter. If you bothered to educate yourself you would find lots of evidence. I have the evidence of my daughter telling me first hand exactly how she feels and how long she's felt that way. You have NOTHING. You can call bi-sexuality a cop out all you want, doesn't make it so.

The only norm here is your ignorance of the subject matter. So yes, stop discussing it. You have nothing worthwhile to add,

Again. Were you born straight? What do you base your opinion on that no one can be born gay or bisexual? And please tell me are hermaphrodites born straight? If so, is straight being attracted to a male or a female?
