Agree with the cats. I've also been known to ask my felines for their opinions!

Auctions on higher-end cards can often go for more than they would have sold for at your BIN asking price. As stated before people get emotional about their bids on the cards already and just keep going. Also the mentality I suppose that if you see it listed for 30 days you know you have more time to think about the purchase but when it's 7 days and an auction and the only on on eBay people get attached to the thought that it could slip through their hands.
But like most things you open/pay for close to release you are likely to lose especially on sticker autos. The only auto I would want it on a huge angle and that just throws me off lolMaster List: Hidden Content

$746 CDN grand total. Minus $74.80 in eBay fees minues whatever PayPal gouges me for. A little disappointing, BUT.............had I spent that money on prostitutes and heroin back in 2010, my ROI would have been zero. Possibly another jail sentence and/or a horrid disease featuring the words "fluid discharge".....................
Things can always be worse my friends! I get to watch Backstrom (Thursdays at 9 on FOX!!) and it's paid for and I still have this set of Team Canada autos............

And these...........

I'll be ok. Sniffle sniffle.Last edited by 87sluggo; 02-16-2015 at 01:52 AM.

Surprised to see that Gretzky go at $113.50 US - if I were a little more flush I would have gone $125. The rest were pretty much in line with low end results - too low on the Lafleur, Hawerchuk and MacInnis, plus the Tavares seems like a good deal at $17.88.
But the good news is that TV prices have dropped so low that your $675 now buys you what $1300 did when you bought the cards! And when you factor in the aforementioned h00kers and [email protected]'re waaay ahead, brother!
