NBC Reporter Calls Chris Kyle A Racist
I don't know if NBC reporter Ayman Mohyeldin is a liberal or not, but this constant attempt to label everyone that you don't like a racist has got to stop. It is pure ignorance.
More than 20 retired generals and admirals penned a letter to Comcast, which owns NBC, following a Jan. 29 interview on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” with Middle East reporter Ayman Mohyeldin, according to a report in the Washington Examiner.
“Some of what people have described as his racist tendencies towards Iraqis and Muslims when he was going on some of these, you know, killing sprees in Iraq on assignment,” Mohyeldin said of Kyle, whose career was recently the subject of the blockbuster movie “American Sniper.”
Aside from the fact that Kyle was doing his job, what type of moron thinks that Iraqis and Muslims are a race of people? The idiocy has got to stop!!! At least have enough frickin brain cells between your ears to be able to comprehend what a race is before you call someone a racist!

This thread may just pull Imac7065 out of his self imposed exile.
The label racist has little meaning to me anymore. It is just a label for your political enemies.

anyone else tired of the trash talking to other members that haven't even commented with a specific post?
as for the actual post... there's not a lot of info from the few sentence quote. Is he correct in saying that people have been saying he showed racists tendencies? Seems like that would be easy to confirm given the profile of the movie and kyle over the last few months.
I do agree that it's idiotic for him to say racists against a religion.
I'll also say that it's probably not all that uncommon for a military vet to have negative thoughts and feeling towards the nationalities of the people who they are fighting.

Just because you found it in a dictionary does not make it a proper word or phrase. Humans are a species, within that species there are numerous races.
