Panini AllState Set?
Picked these up in a common bin today, curious if anyone knows about this set? I could not find it in the inventory manager.

My first thought is that it looks like something a bored teenager put together using his Paint skills. The two websites at the bottom are dead links. Something just seems very off about that.

Did some searching and the cards were given out at tournaments; here is a quote from an article:
"to educate the public on the Allstate All-Canadians program through the distribution of free hockey cards and magazines that provide players, parents and coaches with useful tips and information from the stars of the NHLPA on foundational off-ice topics such as nutrition, physical fitness and mental skills."
