    Beckett Question

Last night I subscribed to the online version of Beckett Basketball for 14 months at their currently low advertising price of $27.99. Unfortunately I can not figure out how to actually access it. I paid using PayPal and have the receipt just can't figure out why I am unable to access the pricing. Can anyone shed any light on my problems?

I would assume you have to create a login user ID and password just like you did before on this website. You can always call their customer service line too at 855-777-2325. I've never used Beckett online so sorry if that doesn't help.

Yeah their business hours are Monday-Friday, but I was hoping to use it before then so I figured I would ask here. I also have an account and thought I was logged in at the time of purchase, but still no access so I am not sure.

when you do a search for cards, what does it say on the right hand side of each card description?

If you're not logged in it will read "Log in to view price"
If you're logged in but not subscribed, it will read "Buy Pricing"
If you're logged in and subscribed, it should have the low and hi prices.

It states buy pricing, which is why I don't understand. I definitely subscribed and the money was pulled from my PayPal. It's almost like the subscription is not linked to any account.

Check your recent orders in your account to see if the order was there. If not, contact Beckett and ask them to link the subscription to your account.

It seems as though you can pay for a subscription through paypal without logging in to a Beckett account.

Did you subscribe to the online version of their price guide or the digital version of the magazine? BIG difference.

That was the issue. I had signed up for the digital version of the magazine. I naively did not realize both existed. I got it all worked out though.
