UD Redemptions.....
I have had 2 Mike Williams SPx Auto Jersey Redemptions being redeemed since September of 05.
I don't even bother to check the update anymore because it just stresses me out to see that the status is still the same.
It has been almost 1 year. Is that fair? And if I asked for a replacement it would probably be Mo Clarett and some other scrubs.
UD gets no more of my money. 05 SP Authentic Football was the LAST product of theirs I will ever purchase $129.99+Tax and I was only able to get about $20 back out of the box. HORRIBLE VALUE!!! (unless you are lucky enough to hit something, but 9/10 times it DOESN'T HAPPEN).
Thanks
Mike

Now, I'm up to my 6th month for my UD redemtion. I had a rep two weeks ago say that he was sending a replacement right away. Well, I still have nothing and my status on my UD redemption page hasn't changed.
It's so frustrating. Again, makes sense they havn't won an award for Customer Serivce in over 5 years.

My experience w/UpperDeck redemptions isnt has bad has many of the others you've read by now. Except for taking WAY too long and me having to finally call and inquire about it.
Also, wrt the customer service. I'd hate to see a good employee get reprimanded for the poor actions of the majority. Upon my initial call about my redemptions I spoke to a lady (didnt get her name, which brings up another point for later) who was VERY helpful. After that one call, every other customer-sevice operator was arrogant and degrading. Made me feel like a begger.
Now my other point. For those complaining about the poor cusotmer service, providing names might be helpful in the future. Again, I'd hate to see the nice helpful lady I spoke to the first time get in trouble by association.
And finally...Any chance we can get some feedback from you after your presentation? I'd like to know how accepting your leadership is to it all.
Thanks...

Ok, here's my only real problem with Upper Deck.
The Redemption Process. First of all, I have a Ronnie Brown 2005 Foundations RC Auto that I've been waiting on since NOVEMBER 2005...almost a year! It's a sticker auto. He's had sticker autos in EVERY upper deck set UP TO and AFTER Foundations, so why is it taking so long to get this one done?
Aside from that, I've got another redemption from 2004 Pro Sigs that I've been waiting on for OVER a year! Can I at least get a replacement??
It really seems to us as customers that your customer service department doesn't care about us.

What contests/sweepstakes if any have you all entered and liked? Any that are going on? any you would like to see?
Also,
I will certainly post the feedback I receive from my presentation. Upper Deck is truly concerned about maintaining positive customer satisfaction. You must understand it is hard to inform the appropriate people with the authority to make changes at the consumer level in any company.

I would like to see a new set come out called UD Redemption. Let's charge ungodly amounts for packs, and make every card a redemption. Than when the consumer calls and get's customer service on the phone, they can continue to state "Be Patient, it's only been _____", or your legal department (Mike B.) can blame the athlete instead the company taking blame for putting out cards that will never be redeemed or have any value. Look at all the money Upper Deck can make on this product.

No, I am not a big fan right now. Not happy about getting replacement jersey's for unredeemed auto's and getting less in value than the cards I submitted. When I questioned this, I got this from Mike B. in there legal department. The $8 jersey could be worth $40 next year and look how ahead you will be. I had to explain to him that Mark Prior hasn't really pitched in two years and the card will never go up in value.

Im not gonna get to deep in to this, I want to go to bed tonight... Anyways, Just to echo the previous 30 replies, Ive had 2 redemptions from 2004 Ud Legends Football 'Legendary Signatures' waiting to be redeemed for probably 2 years now... The funny thing is, when I go to the Web Site it says "Autographs in House" shipment in process... Theyve been in house and ready for shipping for a Year... I now sent back a Exquisite JJ Arrington, that was damaged probably never to see again... I also bought a pack of Ud Ultimate Basketball this year, got the equivilant of what lands in my toilet... So I sent the whole pack back, with a note saying if this is what I get for $80-100 bucks you can keep it... Everytime, Me or any of my Friends buy Ud products were left feeling like we would have been better off just kicking each other in the jimmy and keepin our money... We basically pay to get that feeling? Im not sure, but if you want to pay me to kick you in the Jimmy... I probably can do that... Thats a Good Gig you guys got goin... IM OUT!!!
