Another update for the collection - another rare card!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. To mark the 90th 1/1 in this collection, I was luckily able to acquire the Base 1/1 from the recent SHL Series 1 release. Fun!

Jhonas Enroth 2025-26 SportZoo SHL Series 1 - Raven Black 1/1


As the landscape of cards has changed so much during my time as a collector, I still find myself, even all these years later, being drawn more into the "simple" 1/1's as oppose to the more flashy ones at times. While each card plays a role in my collection, I still very much enjoy the simplicity of a base 1/1. The fact that it can be part of a lengthily rainbow is an added bonus!

As Enroth's career winds down, I am lucky that I've been able to acquire varies base/insert 1/1 parallels over the years.Here is a fun 'Career Retrospective' image compiling of a few 1/1 cards stretching across his career. 90 1/1's is a mind-blowing amount for any player collection, but for a player that has 1/10th or less the cards of some other players in the game is wild. Truly amazing that you continue to add these rarities.

Thank you, I really appreciate that. Yes, it's been a long but fun road to 90 1/1's over the past 16 years. Here's hoping number 100 is in the future!

2025-26 Gallerix / Örebro HK Oversized Team Issue


These large photo cards were licensed by Örebro HK and printed / sold by Gallerix, a printing company located in Sweden. I've always enjoyed adding various team issued items over the years. It's something unique that can't be found in a box of cards. I hope you enjoyed this latest update!

The Tag C card /3 is from the words "Närkes Stolthet", a slogan that was featured on the back of that preseason jersey set, which translates to "Närke's Pride" in English - A nod towards the province that Orebro resides in.

For my 91st 1/1, it's another European shield! ... But you've never seen a card like this before.

2025-26 SportZoo SHL Series 1 Unique Mark Tag B (Närke Shield) 1/1

The memorabilia used in this card is from a SHL Preseason game on September 2nd, 2025.



The game-worn memorabilia features the Swedish Province of Närke's heraldic shield, which has origins dating back to the year 1560 during the renaissance era!

In today's sporting culture, this provincial shield can be seen flying proudly at Örebro home & away games throughout the year.



I hope you enjoyed my latest collection update! After finding the KHL shield last year, I never would have guessed a second European game-used shield would be made, let alone make it's way into my collection in less than a year. Wow!

Added a few more cards to the PC this week! Starting with 2 new inserts from Series Two!

These are some fun, cheap cards that look great. I also enjoy the Team Card, which I was able to notice Enroth pictured ever so slightly in the action photo during gameplay. Smallest cameo card ever? Either way, it's a fun card added to the collection.
