If you wait until SPX, Contenders, Ultimate, and SP come out and THEN buy your Prestige boxes you'll get 2X as many for the same $! I bought a case of the Topps 2001 Traded Baseball in Feb of 2002 and just sold that baby for over 3X what I paid. I got in at rock bottom from a guy who needed money for a re-order of 2001 SP Football. The $ I paid got him 4 boxes. The money I got recently from the sale could get me a case of 06 Score and Fleer FB just to rip for fun.

when you invest in stocks, you are investing on what a company has done in its specific field, and hoping that things continue to increase in a positive direction....by investing money in players that have never played a down of professional ball, which im sure everyone agrees is TOTALLY different than the college game is just a guessing game....otherwise, tim couch / akili smith / rashaun salaam / ki jana carter / ryan leaf / etc woldn't be laughing stocks....a couple heisman trophy winners in that list....by buying 06 products by the box/case for investment, you are basically putting your money into 1 guy, reggie....that is the reason for all this hype....trust me, there arent a whole lot of people that think vince has the head on his shoulders to be a HOF qb, leinart may be good, but wont play for a few years, 2 of the top 5 picks were lineman, so no help there....it is all on whether bush will be "the greatest RB ever" which i personally wouldnt want to "invest" in

Most of the auto jersey cards that you buy the box for will not make you your money back, this is why I stick to singles on ebay.

a singles guy that would be good to invest in now if you can find his stuff would be mike bell...if he is getting carries in denver he will be good and you could sell his stuff while he is hot during the year
from a box standpoint i think they can pay off...look at 2004 stuff unopened boxes from that year are selling way above products from the surrounding year...but when you buy boxes you are guessing and being patient...ther is definetly a big risk that the entire rookie class will be a dud...but this class does have a lot of "POTENTIAL" so it could be a good choice to invest in

thats a good point, i think ppl should also invest in chris perry, i think he will be like a larry johnson. Eventually hell get the carries when rudi johnson either gets hurt or starts to show some age, which could very well be this year. CHRIS PERRY the next big running back.
