Might be to late but I have 2 autographed rookies both have been graded from Beckett/JSA 8.5 and 9. These are the only 2 that have been graded by JSA and the only 2 graded in his as a rookie.

Your budget might not be high enough if you want an actual rookie card that features a patch. There aren't any so far and the only one that will FOR SURE be produced is his The Cup /99 RC which will probably sell for around $10k for a 1 color patch.

If all you want is a card that has a patch and autograph, not necessarily one labelled a "Rookie Card", then you'll have several choose from.
FYI, the Draft Day Marks cards from SPGU aren't real patches, they're manufactured.

Look into ITG/Leaf products or UD's 14-15 Team Canada for less expensive stuff. They won't be Oilers cards, but you can still get a patch and auto from them.

Thanks everyone for your help. Insights such as the Draft Day Marks cards not being real patches is invaluable. I obviously won't hope for The Cup and it seems like my best option for a real rookie card auto patch in my price range is the SP authentic. I have seen his autograph Authentic card going for $500 so I am thinking the autopatch might be in my price range. Although I haven't seen any yet, at least I know what to look for now. Much appreciated everyone.

Rick, you'll have a very hard time finding any, the product doesn't come out until May.

Also, I bet his FW flirts with the $1000 mark when its released. A 1clr FW Auto Patch ....... $2K maybe? 3clr Logo I dont even want to think

While this is only a mockup image, we should see final designs for Contours soon - if you were a fan of Crown Royale this may be an attractive option:
