Finally - the Timmys that is closest to me is having trade nights for Timmy's cards... anyone else's doing the same? I might go along and see what I can pick up.

I also got an instant win this year after not getting one last year. When I was entering my pins I also won a free wedgies after 5pm. Nice little treat!

I also feel that you have a better chance at hitting an interesting insert when you go 5+ packs. Due to the odds you are usually getting a Gameday Action every third pack and most likely out of the three a local leaders as well. I noticed if I hit a gold, the next card was usually something nicer too like a platinum plus. Then it would be back to a gameday action. For me, I found 10 packs to be a nice number because then I would usually also get a phenoms or a franchise force card as well.

For me, my favourite card design this year is the phenoms. I like them better than the franchise force. Also, I am a bigger fan of the platinum profiles this year compared to last year's platinums. Nicer base set design too.

I'm a big fan of the Tim Horton's set based upon what I've seen both years. Also, our local card store has trader nights. So meeting a lot of other collectors too. Nice to meet people who are trying to help others complete their sets. People here are just giving cards away to help others complete their sets rather than try to make a buck off people. That includes the inserts too. Makes collecting fun!

I only got the one, and after that entered 50 more pins, and notta. There's 200,000 available so I'm sure by now a lot of those prizes are getting handed out.

On another note when redeeming the prizes. If you are trying to buy more cards with a hot drink purchase, and your prize redemption. Do it in separate transactions at the till because they can only process either the card pack redemption, or prize redemption in a single order.
