16-17 Parkhurst Variation ?
Has anyone noticed that the green commons in the 16-17 Parkhurst has a Normal Glossy version and another version that is non glossy with no sheen ,probably 1in10. All of my rookies are of the Glossy type and I was wondering if there are any Rookies from the set out there that are non Glossy? The majority of the cards I purchased were from twin fat packs.

The very first few fat packs I opened were non glossy, including the rookies. I saved all my Leafs and def have some Marners, Matthews and Nylanders that are both glossy and non glossy. Not sure if there is a difference or what. After the first few fat packs, everything else has been glossy.

So are these a manufacturing/printing error or a parallel version? I remember Score had Glossy / Non-Glossy parallel variations. Either way, nice catch !

That is what I was wondering ,manufacturing/printing error or parallel version. To a player collector it might mean something,If this is another parallel it may be in the interest of a few collectors especially with YounGuns1988 finding Non Glossy Toronto Rookies.I would like to get Spezza in the non Glossy myself.I have got apx 50 Commons in Non Gloss.Hopefully we can get more feedback from others.

As a player collector, I am not classifying them as separate versions. Just grabbed a copy of the base card, and that's that.

From what I know, the non-glossy is just a whoops.
