I completely understands, my grandparents still call me over to the house to fix the time on the VCR is the power goes out, and ask them to record a movie or something, you could forget about it. Once I had to get up and go over there cause the screen on the TV was snowy, I was like I can't come right now, so they had called a repair man, that is when I rushed over because he was going to hit them hard in fees, the problem was TV was on the wrong channel for the cable box to work. incredible, so I completely understand it still doesn't stop it from being funny, tell him he can insert his CC into the floppy disk holder it will read the card.

From Bret at NAXCOM.
Iggy. We limit the $10.00 offer to one per household. This is actually a new policy we had to implement because a handful of users would sign up 20 to 30 times. When we contacted them to tell them they were taking advantage of a nice offer, they would fire back nasty emails to us telling us they had 30 family members.
So we were forced to implement the $10.00 per household policy. This sucks because we would like to give it to honest users.
Anyways, to send in a money order, just print out the transaction page with all of the tickets information, his name and the total price. Send that along with the money order to us. When we get the money order and transaction page we will execute the order and he will get an email confirmation.
Thanks guys,
Bret Ginsburg
