Because Toronto didn't have enough rookies in the first list.
Also, the way this works is as the TBD rookies send back RPA cards they go in a pile and it's like a first come first served deal.

ovechkin, the cards will be numbered but UD will be sending out cards as they come in with a first in, first out method. They did not assign actual redemption numbers to the redemption so your redemption card out of the pack will not be numbered.

Awesome Patch!
Has anyone seen the Anthony mantha or sebastian aho 03/04 tribute cards to know if they are live or redemptions?
