Here a list of modification / addition to the Through The Mail Manager Version 2.0.0.0

Player's search

When a search return only one player, instead of listing that only player, you are redirected directly to the player's addresses page.

Player's name listing page

Added a legend: Green star(*5*) between 0-7 days, Gold star between 8-30 days, red star between 31-90 days
Now player that sent a item in the past 90 days will see *days* color coded before the name like this:
*3*Bower, Johnny
This mean a success was posted three days ago.

Player's address page, here the current modification/addition:

In the submission section of the player's address page, I added a column for days it took either for success or failure, pending show a '-' unless we have a date received fill up. Successes percentage only take into account the status success or failure into the calculation only.

Also color coded the number of days:
green for less then 31 days
yellow for 31-90 days
red for greater then 90
If it's black it's because the number of days are negative like on Patrick roy (hockey) page. Mainly the date received is earlier then the date sent like for bryson120 with minus 2854.

- in the status column the success are in bold

- The receive date are in bold if it was receive in the last 3 months (90 days)

- Added stats per address, success percentage, total submission, number of success, number of failure, number pending

- The player's name is much more visible now on their page

- Changed the date formats so that they read: MM-DD-YYYY instead of YYYY-MM-DD?

- Dead player, we stop showing all addresses and show this message:
When we know a player has passed away (R.I.P), we don't display the address anymore!

- When a player/person request for us to remove the addresses, we stop showing all addresses and show this message:
When we get a request to remove addresses from a player, e stop showing the address only!

- Public request not log in as a member, we stop showing all addresses and show this message:
Only registered members on SCF forum can view addresses and use the TTMM application to track what they sent!


Submission form

- added a calendar date picker for easy picking

- you can now remove a receive date if needed in case you made a error

- change the image upload specifications:
Image upload requirement:
File type accepted: gif, jpg, jpeg and png
Maximum file size: 2049 Kb (2 Mg)
Maximum image width = 1024 pixels
Maximum image height = 768 pixels

All image are resized to 1024 X 768 pixels unless they are smaller.
If the upload fail check these values and try again.

Hint: If you upload a newer image over the older image,
refresh your browser to see the new image.

Statistics page (NEW)

- added a new statistics page that include:

Total number of players: 28,854

Total number of addresses: 50,214

Total number of members submissions: 205,111
Success: 140,930
Failed: 23,588
Pending: 40,593
Success percentage 69%

The top 25 members with the most success!

For each sport The top 25 players signing since we open the TTMM

This is awesome news. I only recently discovered SCF and am so glad I did. I know I will be on here for many years to come. Love this site and have only explored a fraction of it.

Looks great! As a long time member, I think the added stats will really help all those that are new to the hobby. It will help them with questions about success, how long is normal to receive items back, items to send, etc. I had stopped adding the images to my successes because the file sizes were so small. Good job!

The actual image size I accept is twice what is mentioned I do accept: image 2048 pixels X 1536 pixels but I will resize them down to 1024 X 768
I scan image at 300 dpi and unless it's a 8X10 inch image you will not have to downsize the image. If you scan at 300 DPI and crop a card it will pass on all parameters.

Paging still appears broken on the recent successes section as I see some of the same reports on page 2 as I see on page 1. It's not as bad as it used to be since there are more reports per page, but it's still an issue if you're clicking through pages of successes. If the data is being stored in and retrieved from SQL db of some kind, there are always paging elements that you can add to your sql query that should work effectively.

I'm just taking pics with my iphone, cropping in the photos app on my phone then I use air drop to my mac. I then have to preview the image and resize it down so it's <= 100k. Depending on the properties of the image, it's always going to be a different size. It would be nice if I could just do something similar to 600x800 and be done with it then upload. Is that what you're saying we can do now?

Thanks for the info, I will have a look into it. I have not tested everything like I need to yet, this is why it's helpful to have other test it.

I guess you did not see the part on the new specs in the new application. I accept now up to 2 Mb for file size and 2048 X 1536 pixels

The old TTM application is still live, until I am sure the new application is top notch and fully tested.
In case of bugs, you can still use the old TTM Manager.

Checked out the new manager, and on the sidebar, the word addresses is spelled adrresses. Other than that, this looks really cool. Excited for launch!

it's now fixed.

I also broke the stats into 10 pages that you can access from the new rearranged menu. Got to please the owner demand as well LOL! easier to browse and look better.
