Personnally, top-loaders and sleeves for the low-mid end, and moving to one-touches for high-end.

I have a few screw-down, but I don't like them as much anymore.

I used to use screwholders for my better cards - because they were the same heights as top loaders - and top loaders for the rest. All of this in 1600 ct boxes and screwholders in team bag.

I did not like the "look" of my boxes when I opened them and see the one touch being higher than the top loaders. I know, it is borderline stupid. My I like my stuff neat. Sue me...

But recently, I was talking to an employee in a LCS and he told me that he heard about several cases of people having damages on their cards after opening screwholders. For some, the corners were not as neat anymore. For those less lucky, the front of the card stick to the plastic and the card was ruined.

I now avoid screwholders. And I am really affraid to open those that I have

For now on, it is penny sleeves and top loaders for me.
    I collect the following:
    - Vintage (Stars and RC)
    - 2010-11 ITG Decades (Auto, GU, bases)
    - Stars from the 1980s (in modern sets)
    - Montreal Canadians Legends (bases, inserts, parallels, #, RC, Auto, GU)
    - Montreal Canadiens actual players (inserts, parallels, #, RC, Auto, GU)
