Only problem with that idea is that when I send from Canada to the US it is $3 to send regular mail. If I want to add a tracking number the cost goes up to $17+ for me. I only charge $15 for shipping on high end cards over $100 but always get that negative attitude about where is my tracking number. It can suck being an international seller shipping to the US at times.

Oh my gosh that's definitely a price difference. I can understand not receiving a tracking number if the seller is international. I can't believe how expensive that is!

Did you snap a pic of the postage due and receipt and request from the seller? You said package so I am guessing it was a bubble mailer....for some reason most here think it was a PWE

No I didn't snap a pic, I wish I would have! It was in a bubble mailer though. The seller got back to me after I said he didn't put enough postage and I had to pay an additional $3 and all he said was "oh my bad man I didn't even think about that"

ok...in the future just report to EBAY....when they ask how to resolve say the amount..a picture helps prove it. The buyer protection plan works pretty good...it screws me sometimes (as a seller) when someone does a fake complaint...EBAY locks the disputed $ from the seller and we are at the mercy of the buyer. It's rare that it happens but there are a couple of competitor scum bags that get their jollys knocking down the ratings of others to make them look more legit.
