@Iheartjacquie, there was an article about this very issue posted on Beckett back in 2014. Apparently, if the copyright/trademark info starts with a single letter ( b followed by "trademark of the Topps Company, or words to that effect) it's a Topps Premier. If the single letter does NOT appear, it's an OPC Premier!
Always looking for Senators cards! Must be a draft pick, or the card is identifiable as a Senators card before I want it!
As most of you know, I suffered a fairly severe stroke in April '25, so mail goes out anytime!

there is a letter C and the the copyright (c in a circle) im happy with opulents jupiter

If I remember correctly, Topps cards have a letter from A to F in front of the copyright sign, not the OPC. You can see it on the Ranford card, bilingual and no letter in front of the copyright. But strangely, on the Gretzky cards, it seems that OPC has a letter and not Topps. Maybe an error on the post.
