Topps Chrome DISAPPOINT
After two great breaks yesterday I'm so sad today.
I bought a box and didnt get an auto???? One pack only had three cards. What do I do.

will they just end up giving me a crappy auto??? also how long does it normally take for them to send it?? my plan was to unload all of this and make a profit while chrome was hot.

i had this problem with topps except my auto had no auto on it. I sent the card back and got a new one with an auto in like 1-2 weeks.

no i was a new card......its was topps total though........the card its self didnt have an auto on it and it was supposed to

I have received boxes like this without an auto before and always wondered about Topps' policy. Here it is:
I opened a box of your product and didn't get insert cards as stated on the packs. Is there anything you can do?
We are sorry to hear about the problems you encountered in finding our insert cards. We understand that finding inserts in packs of cards is one of the most exciting factors in card collecting. The odds stated reflect the odds across the entire print run. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the number of boxes purchased will result in an exact number of insert cards.

but what if it clearly says on the box one guarented auto per box???? I talked to the card shop today that I bought it from and he told me to call them. He said they would send an auto (probably a good one) and if they are really feeling generous he said they might send some other stuff to.
