IMO you should get an auto. In fact, you should call this # and post what happens.

well I call them today and told them that I was very dissapointed. The representative said to send in the box bar code and write a letter stating how really upset I was.
He told me that they would send no worse then a Class B auto maybe an A auto and also told me that sometimes they feel generous down in distribution and would maybe send me a gift.
I will let you know how long it takes and what I get.

I had this same problem with chrome and sent my upc and a letter my self. still waiting for a auto. although they did not tell me about a class b or a auto. that would be a nice makeup.

Not crazy about Topps anymore. I`ve purchased well over 20 boxes of Topps products(between 2000-2002) ranging from regular Topps to Bowman Chrome to Topps Chrome and never once pulled an autographed card of anyone. Their odds for auto`s suck imho. I havn`t purchased any boxes of Topps since 2002 and probably won`t again. Sometimes I get a few random packs but only for the RC`s and I never expect to pull an auto from their products.

Well I have been happy with them.
2 cases of chrome before this one: Laurence Maroney Auto and Joseph Addai auto
1 case of bomwan chrome baseball and koby clemens auto.

I have the same problem with bowman.I have bought 2 boxes of their baseball cards and i didn't get an autograph in either one.The one box was regular Bowman and the other was Bowman Chrome and when i didn't get the one in the chrome i was furious and i wrote them a letter and said i would stop buying their product if this ever happens again so i hope they don't send me 2 crappy cards.Because the day before i sent them a letter for the first box.

Got my card today.
They sent me a Chad Jackson auto. Not the greatest but not horrible. They also sent me a extra pack that had a joseph addai rc in it.

Keep all of the packs and the box. It should have a number printed inside. That should help.
