@key2win Saw your post this morning 08-22. If you need someone to cover a scoring day for you, let me know. I'll gladly cover a day or two.
There are a lot of participants. It's a really good contest.

If you would be willing to help me out, would you mind doing the scoring for 2 days every week? We can either have it set for the same specific days every week or just figure out every Monday who covers which day for that following week. Let me know. Thanks for offering.

I can give you blank template to use later, and Im sure you know how I do the scoring since you see my results postings every night.

That's what I was thinking. I'll take over a scoring day for you, @key2win. Going forward -- scoring Friday games alright for you? I do the Saturday schedule of games on Friday, so doing the scoring for Friday's games seems a natural choice. Less likely to forget to do one or the other. I'm ready for this Friday, 08-24. Just let me know if that is okay for everyone.

Paul - which day do you want to do every week? Same day that you post one of your games?

ClemD - thanks for helping. Since you post games for Saturday picks, scoring the results for every Friday's games works for me. I will post a template to use in the next post.

Thanks again to both of you for helping with this.

Here is the scoring template that I use. Just need to change the date to accomodate your day of scoring, then list all the winning teams to match the picks.

If a member does not participate for that day, I just delete their name/line from the list. If the member gets all their picks wrong, I keep their name on the list, but they get 0s. If any new member joins, just add their name to the alphabetical list.

No problem. I enjoy the contest and don't mind putting a bit of work into it.
Okay then -- I'll do the scoring for this Friday, 8-24 and Fridays going forward.
Please include a couple of pointers in your post on how you do the scoring.

What if, going forward, @ClemD and I also did the scoring for our respective schedules the day after? That would give you two days a week off, and it's easier on us to score our own schedules due to familiarity than someone else's. Also, this won't be for too long, as I got the word today that the grand prize got the "ok" to be reduced to a streak of "30", and the contest will wrap-up after that. I'll make a more formal announcement in the other thread about it. The SCF brass would like to see this contest finally concluded. I think @key2win and I are in the same boat. It's been a great run, but it's time has come.
