i got one auto from reflections...daniel ewing. i got a triple gu of wally sczerbiak out of reflections too. i cant remember what rcs i got, but ill post the notables when i get home from work in the morning.

If they sent you all of those packs, and the 5 auto card then that is good.

We had an UD rep here for about a week or 2 wonder what happened to him?
Thought it was a good move, get on a collectors level...Guess not :(

nice customer service! I assume you got the redemption card you wanted and the packs. I have heard some pretty poor things about UD.. they have lost a few customers that way.

I've been waiting on a Mike Williams SP Auth Auto Rookie Fabrics/15 for 10 months. Apparently they tried to send in July via Fed Ex?? I happened to be on vacation when it came and Fed Ex left 1 sticker on my door saying they were here and to sign the sticker and they would return and leave the package. It never came, I called Fed Ex and they said they sent it back to UD. I called UD and got a Secretary (didn't use their CS phone #), she said she'd take care of it personally. The website shows it was shipped on Aug. 10th but never came, no stickers on the door either. I've sent 4 emails since then and have not got a reply. I hope I get something good for this BS. Also been waiting on 4 other auto's for 5 or more months, 1 is not being made.
