    Ebay Question

I purchased 2 boxes of 06 Bowman Chrome Football on ebay, the seller is no longer a registered user I emailed him asked if they were sent and if they were for a DC#. Should I be worried? What else should I do? Any help is appreciated.

Rich I hate to say it but I would be worried yes. 06 BC Football isn't out just yet. So it was just a presale.

I've had this exact same thing happen several times. I'd win an auction, pay for my item and then a day or two later see that the seller is no longer a registered user. But of all the times that its happened I always still got my item from the seller. I wouldn't worry too much unless its been more than say 14 days since you paid and still haven't received your item. Also, if you paid via PayPal your purchase is protected.

I only do presells from reputable sellers. I think eBay doesn`t allow pre-sales anymore so that may be why this seller has been suspended. Not sure but I think I read somewhere that eBay doesn`t want this on the site anymore due to scams. Some sellers simply take all they can get then goodbye, you never see them again.

Wow, same thing just happened with me! I spent $47 on a nice PC card (btw, it was a 1/1) and I shipped the money order and the person is NO longer a registered user on ebay anymore! He/she stole my money. There isn't much you can do unless you paid with paypal. I was going to start a thread on the same problem. I hope I can somehow get my money back or get the card.

If you have your sellers name and address you can lookup the telephone number for their local law enforcement officials and explain your situation to them. I would also contact the US Postal Service because if I'm not mistaken that is considered mail fraud, a serious criminal offence.

Have had it happen to me twice. Once I was robbed and paypal didn't help and the other time the guy sent the cards right away.
