UD doesn't care about us. They got our money already didn't they. I have been trying to get my ESPN Marcus Allen Auto for 8 months now. Finally emailed them and was given an option of picking 5 players in the same price range. Hopefully should be seeing something soon. Good luck.

How long do you guys usually wait on HOLD when you call Upper Deck???

This static opera music REALLY sucks...

Did I call the right #??

1-800-873-7332 (I have pressed "2" for info about sportscards and I also pressed "3" to redeem a card over the phone.

Does anybody have a # that will actually get a person??

    Thanks
    Mike

*I have been waiting about 20 minutes on HOLD so far....:icon_evil

Well I sat on hold for at least 40 minutes....:icon_roll

But just as I was getting ready to remove the phone from my ear and hit SPEAKER the phone actually was answered.

The person explained that there have been so many production issues with this card (and the others from this set) and that they are expected to be finished very soon.

He couldn't give me an exact date, but I have waited long enough. I asked for replacements and then he explained that they could take up to 8 weeks... and that by the time I receive my replacements the actual card could already be LIVE.

That is really OK with me because it is Mike Williams. I am just hoping to find a good deal on one once they are LIVE because chances are that I will find one for ALOT less than I actually paid for the redemptions.

So I asked for these players as replacements...

Lebron James (Nope, he said someone else and also informed me NO MICHAEL JORDAN).
    Ok....

    Steve Yzerman
    Peyton Manning
    Barry Sanders
    LaDainian Tomlinson

and I didn't know there was a limit, I also had Favre written down but when he said "One more" I said Tiger Woods.....:new_all_c

I figure if I get a Tiger Woods I could probably sell it for a good amount....

He told me that if he were handling the replacements he would 100% guarantee that I would receive 2 of the players I mentioned, but then he reminded me that he was not handling the replacements LOL.

So, Upper Deck is really trying to resolve these types of problems. He emailed and said he is making it his "Life's Mission" to ensure that I receive replacements and am happy.

I will be sure to post the results of this (hopefully in less than 8 weeks).

Maybe if all goes well I might try Upper Deck again......

Thanks to all who responded, and please stay tuned.

    Thanks
    Mike
