I was hoping Rangers would beat Florida, but I like that Florida is returning to the final round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs is a good thing so I am fine with Florida being there.

As for Edmonton I suppose I would really just like to see McDavid win a cup. Even though I don't own a rookie card of his (I had a few bad years in a row). But that's about it for the whole 'Canada's Team' thing. It's more for just the average fan base as hockey is obviously a Canadian sport and the cup should be in Canada every now and then.

I would have been fine with Dallas making it the finals as well.

I am actually quite excited to watch the Edmonton Oilers vs. Florida Panthers final.

Panthers in 4?! I mean, if "Bobcat" plays like he did yesterday in the 1st game of the Final, I don't think the Oilers stand a chance!!!

Don't despair Oilers fans, you're not in trouble until you lose on home ice. Bobrovsky has looked amazing through the first two games though, but we'll see what happens in Edmonton.

To me, this series is kind of already over... Skinner is not that good, if the Panthers keep shooting it will eventually go in (idk if at this point he can still rob a game or two on his own). And Florida knows its goalie is stopping everything! If we'd switch the goaltenders from one team to the other, Edmonton would surely win.

Cuz the rest of the Oilers team, imo is as good as the Panthers. The difference, and it's a big one, is in the goals. Also, the previous opponents of the Panthers were able to score some goals in most of the games against them. How come the Oilers aren't?! We would usually expect the complete opposite; they're supposed to be an offensive team with the players they have... Four of the five points leaders in the 2024 Playoffs are playing for the Oilers.
