I would go with option 3. Let it go, there are dicks in the world but don't let them get to you. Every once in a while someone offers me something totally off the way and I smile and let them know that I can't do it for that much and I thank them for offering.
I do discount my cards at times if the offer is reasonable, so I don't want to discourage anyone from doing it.

I agree with piranhaeter.
I know for me the rule of thumb as far as what offers I accept is usually anywhere from 10% to maybe 20%. It really just depends what my stock, what I have in a single, or how hot the player is. Like right now, I'm not discounting LT player lots much at all unless someone is buying multiple lots or other players as well.
On a funny side note, I have had a guy offer me 20% to 30% of what I had a card listed at. I declined it and then he ended up buying it at full price about an hour later. That was before ebay allowed buyers to offer more than once, but if he would have been more practical on his offer, he could have had at the least, free shipping so to speak.
