All over my Tav Jackson Gridiron Collection GU
Here is the problem with the ebay feedback program. They have this wonderful 10 day dispute system right? The smart idea would be to lock neutral and negative feedback until you do a 10 day dispute over whatever issue you have and then if you don't resolve it, ebay can unlock the feedback section.
Here is my personal policy. If I send payment (which is almost always paypal immediately after auction ending) and 10 days later (no package no message) I send a message to the seller requesting a response. If I don't get one in 2-4 days I send another. If I don't have one by the next day then I file the dispute. After the 10 days expire I will get my money back , pass it on for a strike on his record and leave Neg feedback.
Just two days ago I got a response from an auction that ended feb 28th. He said he was in "South Florida" (what difference does that make to me, do they not have internet there?) "for the past week" and didn't have a chance to check his auctions.

Now he claims he is sending the item and wants me to retract my feedback
mutually. What should I do??????????
And to make it better, I just got another Tav Jackson from the Bay in the mail.

Yeah man...just ragging on ya for the date...
In regards to the point of your thread...that's one of the numerous reasons I've really turned away from eBay...I will check out the Bay just to see if I can pick up some PC item dirt cheap...otherwise, it's not worth my time anymore...

Ragnarok691-is your 10 day dispute over and money refunded yet? I wouldn't drop the dispute or accept the card since you already have another, this guy will just keep on doing it given his feedback, I wouldn't retract anything if I were you, just my .02
