If he gets me the card soon I will retract the negative. He still has a blemish on his feedback and he got a strike so no big deal.

The Ebay feedback system is a joke. If you give a negative you will receive a retaliatory negative.

Matt, you haven't had much recent luck on the bay, have you?
I have officially had two problems in the five years I've been using eBay. The first was a card that showed up with some major chipping along the top, but since it was only a $2 transaction I let it go. Another was paying $18 for an item that was never sent, and of course I wasn't covered under any protection plan.
I don't know what to say to you. I've had over 200+ positive transactions and aside from sometimes having to wait weeks to receive something I bought, or being harrassed by a buyer two days after the end of an auction (like I'm going to ship overnight if I'm only charging $2 for shipping, yeah!), I really can't say anything bad about the system. Sure, they have things that need to change but I think overall it's a fairly honest business.

about that joker from febuary. I got the card around the end of march. I withdrew my negative but he has since stopped selling at all.

WAYYY old thread
I actually did get a resolution on this. Ebay gave him a strike and paypal refunded my bling. Simple, over. Unfortunately I had already withdrawn my negative :(
